Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from receipt of your purchase to receive a full refund.
To initiate your return, please email us at contact@sculptereum.com.
REFUNDS (IF ANY)
All Smart Sculptures must be returned in their original packaging with their SAVE IT Card and card holder, so that they can be returned safely. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF ANY)
It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
If you have not received your refund or package within 30 days of checkout, please contact us at contact@sculptereum.com.
EXCHANGES (IF ANY)
We will replace any Smart Sculpture that arrives damaged or defective within 30 days of the order confirmation date. Please note that minor manufacturing imperfections may be apparent due to handcrafting and cannot be considered as manufacturing defects. If you wish to change your Smart Sculpture, please note that it is impossible to change your Smart Sculpture number. Please email us at contact@sculptereum.com and return your item to :

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product package arrived broken.
The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
Article L221-23 states that the CUSTOMER shall return or restitute the goods to the professional, without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, unless the professional proposes to recover the goods himself.
